The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace boasts some of the world’s leading experts on international affairs, particularly in the areas of Russia and Eurasia, China, the Indian subcontinent/South Asia, globalization, non-proliferation, and security affairs. The Guide to Policy Experts indexed policy experts and editors from Foreign Policy under topic-based subject listings. Biographies were submitted for each of these experts to be compiled in this guide.
